I'm Andrea—a wife, mother, entrepreneur, community advocate, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people figure things out.
I've spent much of my career working in and around real estate transactions, verification, documents, and business, but what I've learned over the years is that behind every transaction is a person experiencing some type of change.
That's one of the reasons relationships matter so much to me. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with, understanding what's important to them, and helping make complicated situations feel a little more manageable.
Outside of business, family is at the center of my life. I enjoy music, movies, working out, traveling, continuing to learn Spanish, and finding ways to give back to my community.
My work with Inspyer is especially meaningful to me because it gives me an opportunity to help young adults build the knowledge, confidence, and life skills they need as they move toward independence.

As a Real Estate Consultant, I bring a unique perspective shaped by more than two decades of experience working across various aspects of the real estate transaction. My professional background includes experience as a Realtor, Mortgage Loan Officer, loan signing agent, notary professional, and verification services provider—giving me firsthand insight into many of the moving pieces that can affect a successful real estate transaction.
Having worked with real estate transactions from multiple perspectives, I understand that what happens before, during, and after a transaction can be just as important as the transaction itself.
A client preparing to buy a home may need to understand financing before beginning the search. Someone relocating may need real estate guidance along with document or verification services. A landlord may need support evaluating prospective tenants. And someone who isn't ready for homeownership today may simply need a plan for getting there tomorrow.

I'm not sure which service I need. Can I still schedule a call?
Absolutely. In fact, that's one of the reasons I offer an introductory strategy call. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. We'll discuss what you're trying to accomplish, where you are today, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I can help you identify the appropriate next steps and resources.
Do I have to use one of your services after our strategy call?
No. Our initial conversation is designed to help us understand your needs and determine your best next step. There is no pressure and no obligation to move forward with a service.
If I can personally assist you through real estate, mortgage, or verification solutions, I'll explain those options. If what you need falls outside of my services, I'll help point you in the right direction whenever possible.
Can you help me with more than one part of my transition?
Yes—and that's one of the advantages of starting with Strategy Call.
Depending on your needs, your transition may involve real estate solutions, mortgage solutions, verification solutions, or a combination of services. Instead of looking at each need separately, we'll consider how the different pieces relate to your overall goal.
You are also free to use only the service you need. There is never a requirement to use multiple services.
I'm interested in buying a home, but I'm not sure I'm ready. Should I still reach out?
Definitely. You don't have to be ready to purchase today to start preparing for homeownership.
We can talk about where you are now, your goals and timeline, and the steps you may want to take before moving forward. Depending on your situation, that could mean exploring financing, preparing for pre-approval, understanding the home-buying process, or simply developing a longer-term plan.
Sometimes the best time to start planning is before you're ready to buy.
